Our Leadership
CEO & Founder
Ed Margolin founded FPN with a vision to transform consumer lending through innovative, data-driven solutions. With over a decade of experience in data intelligence, Ed has led the company’s growth by securing key capital investments, building a top-tier team, and forging strategic partnerships with leaders in consumer data, software, and lending. In 2022, he spearheaded the successful sale of FPN’s direct-to-consumer platform, Resident-Link, to IDIQ. Ed’s leadership continues to guide FPN’s evolution in delivering real-time access to industry-leading data. He previously served on the Experian PAC Council.
President & Chief Strategy Officer
Tyler Sawyer joined FPN in early 2024 to lead the company’s strategic vision and growth. With more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage and housing industry, Tyler brings a track record of driving transformation and innovation. His prior leadership roles at Fannie Mae, Equifax, and Black Knight Financial Services saw him successfully launch industry-leading solutions across Capital Markets, Real Estate, Rental, and Valuation Services. Tyler holds a B.S. in Mathematics and an MBA from Cornell University, graduating with distinction.
Chief Operating Officer
Since joining FPN in 2014, Ryan Moore has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operations across both consumer and enterprise divisions. He was instrumental in the 2022 divestiture of FPN’s Resident-Link platform and is widely recognized for his deep expertise in consumer credit. A frequent speaker on leveraging credit data to improve customer lifecycles, Ryan brings over 20 years of financial services experience from previous roles at Regions Bank and NuView Trust Company. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida.
Chief Operating Officer
Jesse Causey has been a cornerstone of FPN’s technology leadership since its early days. Originally joining as a systems engineer, he became CTO in 2017, driving the company’s tech strategy and infrastructure development. With prior experience at Tiger Direct overseeing web infrastructure and data security, Jesse ensures FPN’s platforms remain scalable, secure, and cutting-edge. He also played a key role in developing Experian’s PIPPA Program, still used today to address major security concerns.
Lead Developer
Derek Jordan has served as FPN’s Lead Developer since 2014, where his advanced technical skills and leadership have made him a vital part of the team. In addition to driving core development efforts, Derek contributes as a project manager and supports hiring initiatives. His commitment to building efficient, scalable solutions continues to advance the FPN platform, ensuring it evolves with the needs of clients and partners alike.
